Who am I?

I have been counselling for 10 years.

I have been in private practice for 8 years and have worked with a diverse range of people. I am also a supervisor that works with individuals and groups.

I have worked for  sexual violence and modern slavery charities. I also work around the country doing critical incident stress debriefing with groups of people.

My experience has been strengthened by my work with the Victim Support service which provides emotional support to victims of crime and their families. My work was primarily with victims of sexual assault and trauma and families dealing with the trauma of losing a loved one through homicide. I have also worked for the NHS supporting people struggling with mental health issues.
