Thank you for visiting my site.
I have been a counsellor and life coach for 12 years and have worked with a diverse range of people and groups. I live in Whitchurch, Bristol and provide counselling, life coaching and supervision for individuals either face to face, online or via telephone. I am able to offer group supervision, reflective group and individual sessions.
I am an accredited member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists.
Jenny was patient and understanding. The conversation style approach helped me feel at ease to have an open and honest reflection of my journey. There were times I needed to be reassured and comforted, you were there for me. You 'held my hand' when I felt I could not see a way forward on my own.
