My individual counselling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviour, and develop strategies for positive change.
My primary way of working is person centred which means the sessions are lead by you and you decide what you want to bring. I use other models such as psycho-dynamic, which focus on your past and family dynamics. I also use the solution focussed model which is outcome based. This model looks at what you want to achieve, what may be stopping you from getting there and how these barriers can be overcome.

Unconditional Positive Regard (UPR)
This is my primary way of working and have found it very successful when working with people therapeutically.
